I had the pleasure of talking with Ian Cohen, co-founder of Wexley School for Girls yesterday. This is my first experiment conducting an interview for this site. Here's what I used: an M-Audio MicroTrack recorder and edited the file with Audacity. I discovered that a quiet room with no interruptions is essential for good audio.
Ian talks about how the agency started, how they work with clients and what he looks for when hiring creatives. Plus he gives his opinion on whether young creatives should attend a portfolio school. Thanks again for the interview Ian. Listen to it here.
Nice interview Sam. It's always great to hear other people's approaches on how they do great work.
